Menu and price list in a Telegram channel

For a business whose customers read the channel but go to the website for the price, and not all of them come back. A pinned menu, sections, and a price list right in Telegram: a customer finds a service and its price without leaving the messenger, and messages you right away.

  • from $100 1–3 days

What it gives you

A person who asked about the price stays in the channel: the whole price list is inside, and a link to a service can be forwarded to anyone. When someone asks “how much does it cost,” the receptionist answers with one link instead of typing out prices by hand.

What is included

  • A pinned main menu: every conversation about price starts from it.
  • Sections and service articles: a description and the full price list, all connected by links. In effect it is a website, except the pages are called messages.
  • A price list made for a phone screen: price options are combined into one line, and explanations sit under the name.
  • Common questions as collapsed lines: they expand with a tap and do not take up the screen for those who came for the price.
  • Booking buttons at the start and at the end of the menu, leading to messengers and to the website.

What is not included

  • A replacement for a website. Search engines and AI assistants do not read Telegram: a menu in a channel will not be found in search results. It is a second entrance for those who are already in the messenger; the first entrance is a website.

Price and timeline

The price range runs from a simple version to a complex one. I name the exact price after a review, before work starts, and it does not go up without your consent. Timelines are in business days, counted from when I receive the deposit and the materials.

How the work goes

  1. Review

I look at what you have now and where you’re losing time or customers, and I tell you what can be done about it. You don’t have to decide anything before this conversation.

  2. Plan

One page: what I do, what is not included, and what I need from you. This is also where the scope and the price become clear.

  3. Build

I work in stages and show you the result of each one, not everything at once on delivery day.

  4. Check

Before delivery, I run everything on your real data: prices, scenarios, errors.

  5. Handover

I hand over everything: the code, access, and instructions. Then you choose a format: take it all yourself or leave the maintenance to me.

How it looks in practice

The channel’s pinned menu: the salon’s cover, a description, and booking buttons

A website inside Telegram: 22 pages became 22 screens in a channel

A person reads the channel, sees a treatment, wants to know the price, and leaves for the browser. Not everyone comes back. Here the salon’s whole website is laid out inside the channel: a main menu, five areas, sixteen articles with the full price list and answers to questions. An example of what can be done with any service website.

What people ask about this service

How do I change a price in a finished menu?

Edit the message in the channel; you don’t need a developer for that. If you have a website, the menu can be built straight from its price list, with no retyping, and the numbers will match the website. That is one price list for your website and social media.

What if I have no website?

The menu works on its own too: a catalog, prices, answers to questions, and a booking button. It does not replace a website, but it is far more convenient than a price list posted as an image in a pinned message.

Will it work if I sell products, not services?

Yes, the setup is the same: catalog sections, product cards with the price and what is in each product, and an order button. Only what fills the screens is different.

Will the menu open in a browser?

No. The web version of Telegram does not show posts like these and offers to open them in the app. For a channel that people read in Telegram, this does not matter, but you won’t be able to give out a link to the menu as if it were a web page.
