Multi-location website for several branches and cities

For a business with several locations, cities, or business areas, where each has its own services, prices, addresses, and contact details. I build each one its own version of the website on a shared structure and design.

  • Each additional location 50–70%

of the main website price: the structure and design are already there, while the services, prices, text, and search setup are the location’s own

What it gives you

Each location gets a website about itself, with its own services, prices in its own currency, and its own contact details, and an edit to the shared template reaches all of them at once. If you want a city switcher, a person who landed in the wrong city gets to the right website in one tap instead of leaving to search again.

What is included

  • A version of its own for each location: services, prices, currency, addresses, and contact details.
  • Shared structure and design: an edit to the template reaches every version at once.
  • A city switcher in the header, if you want one. The same list of locations on every website; the only difference is the mark showing where the visitor is now.
  • Its own search setup for each location: text and markup about its own city and its own services.
  • A check for another location’s content, if you want one. A location’s website checks its own pages for the name of the neighboring city: a copying mistake is caught by a machine, not by a reader.

Price and timeline

The price range runs from a simple version to a complex one. I name the exact price after a review, before work starts, and it does not go up without your consent. Timelines are in business days, counted from when I receive the deposit and the materials.

A page is a separate address: the home page, a service, the price list, the contact page, an article. Migration from a website builder costs the same as a new website of the same size: the site is rebuilt, and on top of that the content is moved and old addresses are redirected.

Prices for everything else are in the approximate price list.

How the work goes

  1. Review

I look at what you have now and where you’re losing time or customers, and I tell you what can be done about it. You don’t have to decide anything before this conversation.

  2. Plan

One page: what I do, what is not included, and what I need from you. This is also where the scope and the price become clear.

  3. Build

I work in stages and show you the result of each one, not everything at once on delivery day.

  4. Check

Before delivery, I run everything on your real data: prices, scenarios, errors.

  5. Handover

I hand over everything: the code, access, and instructions. Then you choose a format: take it all yourself or leave the maintenance to me.

How it looks in practice

First screen of the new website of the salon on Koh Samui

Salon website on Koh Samui: a move off a website builder, and not a single price was lost

A beauty salon on the island of Koh Samui ran on a website builder. I moved the site to a new engine: the whole price list moved and is now verified by an automatic check before every publication, so a wrong price will not make it onto the site. The salon’s old name will not return to the pages either: that is checked automatically.

Highlight covers of two accounts: one style, different sets of services

Instagram for two salons: everything from the website in 167 slides

Two salons of one brand have websites with everything on them: prices, services, prep rules. None of that was on Instagram. I sorted the information into nine Instagram highlights in each account: 167 slides built from the same files as the website. Nothing was drawn or retyped.

What people ask about this service

Why doesn’t an additional location cost as much as a new website?

The structure and design are already there, while each location has its own services, prices, text, and search setup. So an additional location is priced as a share of the main website price, not as a website built from scratch.

What if the locations offer different services?

That is by design: each version has its own set of services. One brand has two salons, in Da Nang and on Koh Samui: the one in Thailand has a hair salon, and the one in Vietnam does not.

Can prices be in different currencies?

Yes, each version has its own currency. For the same two salons, prices are in dong on one website and in baht on the other.

Can social media be done the same way?

Yes. The brand’s two salons have Instagram highlights made in one style, with different sets of services in them: the slides are built from the same files as the websites. How it works is described in the “One price list for your website and social media” service.
