Auto-posting to a Telegram channel or group

For a channel or group that is alive only while you have time for it. A bot puts out posts on schedule: it takes material from the sources you choose, writes in your style and language, and checks for repeats.

  • Launch from $700 7–12 days
  • After that from $100/mo

The server and AI usage are included in the monthly fee

What it gives you

The feed goes out by itself, on weekends, during vacations, and at night: the schedule lives on a server, not in someone’s head. All that is left for you is to see what went out and, if you like, edit it.

What is included

  • A topic plan. The bot works through it and marks what has been posted, so that a topic does not come up twice. When the plan runs out, a second pass begins, and the bot comes at each topic from a different angle.
  • Sources for your subject: feeds and websites, including ones in other languages. What comes out is text in your audience’s language.
  • Text in your voice. The tone is set by a description: change the description, and the next post already comes out differently.
  • Checks for repeats. The same news item from different sources, including in another language, is recognized before publication.
  • A check before sending: format, length, required hashtags, signs that AI wrote it. If a post fails, it does not go out.
  • Right away or for approval. Posts can go out right away, or they can come to you as drafts for approval, whichever you decide.
  • Sections, each with its own time: a new one is added without touching the ones already running.
  • The server and AI usage are in the monthly fee; there are no separate bills for AI.
  • A watchdog that reports silence is in the monthly fee too. That is how the watchdog in the Da Nang group works.

What is not included

  • A post every day at any cost. If no suitable material was found for a topic, the bot skips it rather than posting just anything.
  • Instagram and Facebook are a separate setup; together with a feed on autopilot, there is one monthly fee.

Price and timeline

The price range runs from a simple version to a complex one. I name the exact price after a review, before work starts, and it does not go up without your consent. Timelines are in business days, counted from when I receive the deposit and the materials.

Prices are in dollars. You can pay in baht, dong, or rubles at the exchange rate on the invoice date. Hourly pricing applies only where the scope can’t be known in advance: repairs and changes to someone else’s code.

How the work goes

  1. Review

I look at what you have now and where you’re losing time or customers, and I tell you what can be done about it. You don’t have to decide anything before this conversation.

  2. Plan

One page: what I do, what is not included, and what I need from you. This is also where the scope and the price become clear.

  3. Build

I work in stages and show you the result of each one, not everything at once on delivery day.

  4. Check

Before delivery, I run everything on your real data: prices, scenarios, errors.

  5. Handover

I hand over everything: the code, access, and instructions. Then you choose a format: take it all yourself or leave the maintenance to me.

How it looks in practice

The morning digest in the group: weather, air quality, exchange rates, and prices

A Telegram group that fills itself: 474 posts in half a year, and not one of them posted by a person

A topic-based group fades because of irregular posting, not bad content: the owner runs out of time, and a social media manager costs money and leaves. Here the feed goes out on schedule by itself: weather and exchange rates, news in Russian from English-language sources, a Vietnamese lesson. Repeats are filtered out by three checks, and a separate watchdog reports if a section goes quiet.

A post in the channel in the “Article” format: image and text in one message

A psychologist’s channel that fills itself: 196 posts in five months

An expert runs a channel personally for as long as the energy lasts, and then the feed goes quiet. Here posts go out twice a day with no one involved: the topic from the plan, the article from one of 31 sources, the text in the specialist’s voice. The main work is not the publishing itself but the checks: what will stop the bot if it is about to publish a repeat, text planted by someone else’s website, or its own internal notes.

What people ask about this service

Will the bot post without my consent?

That is up to you. Posts can go out right away, on schedule, which is the whole point, or come to you as drafts for approval. Every post goes through checks before sending, and if it fails, it does not go to the channel. You see what went out and edit it if you want to change something.

What if the AI writes something it shouldn’t?

Text from other people’s websites is passed to the AI as data, not as commands. Known signs that a machine wrote the text (internal notes, marker words) are caught before publication. A second AI can additionally read the finished text and look for new ones; that depends on what you order.

What happens when the topics run out?

The plan runs in a loop. On the second pass the bot sees what it has already written on a topic and has to come at it from a different angle. Extending the plan means adding more topics as a list.

Can it take material in English or another language?

Yes. Sources can be in any language, and what comes out is a retelling in the audience’s language, with your context, not a machine translation.

What if a source does not respond?

Sections work independently: if one goes down, the rest go out as usual. If part of the data did not come back, that part of the post is dropped, and the rest goes out on time.
