Small business website: a full build, ready to run

For a business that has no website or whose website is not being found in search. I build a one-page landing page or a multi-page website around your services and how your customers search for you, and I deliver it ready to run.

  • Landing page from $350 3–7 days
  • Website up to 10 pages from $600 10–15 days
  • 11–20 pages from $1,100 12–18 days

For more than 20 pages, see the price list below

What it gives you

The website is built around how people search for you, and messaging you from it is easy: there is a messenger button on every page. Prices are kept in one place: change them once and they change everywhere, with no hunting through pages.

What is included

  • Pages for your services. A landing page or a multi-page website; a service can have its own page for its own search.
  • Easy to use on a phone and fast to open. Pages are built ahead of time, and the browser gets a finished file.
  • Messenger buttons on every page: a person messages you from the page they are reading, without hunting for your contact details.
  • Search markup: structured data that Google and Yandex, a search engine used in Russia, use to understand what kind of business this is and what its services and prices are.
  • Analytics already built in: I connect the analytics you ask for, whether Yandex Metrica (a web analytics service), Google Analytics, or both. It loads in a way that does not slow the website down, and access to the analytics is yours.
  • Prices in one place. The number on every page is filled in from a single price list, and before publication the website checks it against that list; that is how it works for every client who has a price list. The single price list can also be a plain spreadsheet (CSV), if that is easier for you.

What is not included

  • Text: if you want, I write it myself; this is charged separately, per page. The facts (prices, service descriptions) come from you.
  • Photos come from you.
  • Custom visual design is a separate profession. If you need it, work with a designer and send me the design: I’ll build from it.
  • A second language, CRM integration, taking payments: these are charged separately, on top of the website price; they are in the “What changes the price” block.

Price and timeline

The price range runs from a simple version to a complex one. I name the exact price after a review, before work starts, and it does not go up without your consent. Timelines are in business days, counted from when I receive the deposit and the materials.

Website up to 10 pages600–1,20010–15
Website of 11–20 pages1,100–2,20012–18

A page is a separate address: the home page, a service, the price list, the contact page, an article. Migration from a website builder costs the same as a new website of the same size: the site is rebuilt, and on top of that the content is moved and old addresses are redirected.

The exact price depends on how many pages you need, whether the price list has to be moved, whether the new work has to be connected to what you already have running, and who provides the text. A review commits you to nothing.

Prices for everything else are in the approximate price list.

How the work goes

  1. Review

I look at what you have now and where you’re losing time or customers, and I tell you what can be done about it. You don’t have to decide anything before this conversation.

  2. Plan

One page: what I do, what is not included, and what I need from you. This is also where the scope and the price become clear.

  3. Build

I work in stages and show you the result of each one, not everything at once on delivery day.

  4. Check

Before delivery, I run everything on your real data: prices, scenarios, errors.

  5. Handover

I hand over everything: the code, access, and instructions. Then you choose a format: take it all yourself or leave the maintenance to me.

How it looks in practice

Home page of the new website

Website for a beauty center in Da Nang: 5.75 times as many messenger clicks

A beauty center with device-based aesthetic treatments in Vietnam ran on a website builder: it was barely found in search, and those who did visit rarely messaged the center. I built a new website: 14 pages for specific searches, prices from a single source with an automatic check, and a “message” button on every page.

The quiz for choosing a format on the psychologist’s website, the first of three questions

Psychologist website: the quiz brings the specialist a complete request instead of an empty “hello”

A private practice: online and in person on the island. Clients come by referral, and the page’s work starts after a person already has the link. A three-question quiz turns their request into ready-to-send text for a messenger, and a separate check guards the address for in-person sessions: it looks for it on the pages with every edit.

Italian restaurant website on Koh Samui: a text menu, its own version for computers, four languages

The restaurant had a website that was a single heavy file, with the menu in three pictures. I rebuilt it with the same text and photos: the menu is typed as text, computers get their own version, there are four languages, and the booking form takes from one to eight guests.

What people ask about this service

Landing page or multi-page website: which should I choose?

It depends on how people search for you. If you have several services and people search for each one in its own words, each is better off with its own page: a person lands on it straight from search instead of scanning a general list for their treatment. A page is a separate address: the home page, a service, the price list, the contact page, an article. What you need specifically gets decided at the review.

Will people start finding the website right away?

Not right away: search traffic builds gradually. Search engines need time to find new pages and evaluate them, and many factors affect the result, so in the first month analytics shows noise more than a result. The numbers for the beauty center in Da Nang cover a period that ended almost two months after launch: they are in the case study.

Can I change a price myself?

Yes: change one line in the price list yourself, or message me. The price is filled in on the pages by itself, and if it differs somewhere, the website will notice before publication.

Can the website be in two languages?

Yes. A second language is an extra charge on top of the website price, and each additional language is another, smaller one. Both are in the “What changes the price” block.
