Website and Telegram bot maintenance and support
A website, a bot, or a feed runs by itself and can stop just as silently. I take it on for monthly maintenance: a scheduled check notices a failure the same day, and repairs are already included in the fee. If I didn’t build the website or bot, I first work out what is there and what state it is in.
- Website from $50/mo
- Bot from $30/mo
- Initial review from $100
- Changes and one-time repairs $30–45/hr minimum $100
What it gives you
A failure does not go unnoticed for weeks, and you don’t get a separate bill for fixing it. The website or bot has a person who knows how it is built and is responsible for it. You don’t have to watch for yourself whether posts go out and whether the bot answers.
What is included
- A scheduled check: the bot answers, posts go out, the website opens. For a feed, also whether there is enough material prepared for the near future.
- A check of “did it go out,” not just “is it running”: a program that ran and published nothing is a success for the server and a failure for monitoring. That is how the watchdog in the Da Nang group works.
- A failure report the same day: to you, to me, or to both, whichever you decide.
- Fixing what is broken is in the monthly fee; hours are not counted.
- Replacing text, prices, and images is in it too.
- Updates: I handle them.
- An initial review is a one-time step if someone else built the website or bot. I look at what is there and what state it is in, and propose how to run the project going forward. The result is a document.
What is not included
- Everything new: a new page, a new feature, taking payments, a second language. It is priced separately, and I name the price before work starts.
Price and timeline
The price range runs from a simple version to a complex one. I name the exact price after a review, before work starts, and it does not go up without your consent. Timelines are in business days, counted from when I receive the deposit and the materials.
| Service | Price, $ |
|---|---|
| Website maintenance | 50–200/mo |
| Bot maintenance | 30–90/mo |
| Taking over someone else’s project: initial review | 100–200 |
| Repairs and changes — minimum $100 | 30–45/hr |
Prices for everything else are in the approximate price list.

How the work goes
Review
I look at what you have now and where you’re losing time or customers, and I tell you what can be done about it. You don’t have to decide anything before this conversation.
Plan
One page: what I do, what is not included, and what I need from you. This is also where the scope and the price become clear.
Build
I work in stages and show you the result of each one, not everything at once on delivery day.
Check
Before delivery, I run everything on your real data: prices, scenarios, errors.
Handover
I hand over everything: the code, access, and instructions. Then you choose a format: take it all yourself or leave the maintenance to me.
How it looks in practice

A Telegram group that fills itself: 474 posts in half a year, and not one of them posted by a person
Silence is the worst kind of failure
What people ask about this service
What is included in the monthly fee, and what is paid for separately?
Everything that concerns what is already built is included: monitoring, fixing what is broken, replacing text, prices, and images, and updates. Hours are not counted. Everything new (a new page, a new feature, taking payments, a second language) is priced separately, and I name the price before work starts. Payment is a month in advance. You can stop at any time, and the website or bot stays with you.
Why do I need a check if the bot reports errors anyway?
Not every failure is an error. A bot that ran properly and published nothing is a success for the server, and it will not report on itself. That is how it was in the Da Nang group until a watchdog was added.
Will you take on a website or bot that someone else built?
Yes, given full access to the code and the server. I start with a review, and you get a document: what is there, what state it is in, what is broken, and how I propose to run the project going forward. You decide: fix only the urgent things at the hourly rate, or hand the project over for monthly maintenance.
Can I have something fixed once, without a monthly fee?
Yes, at the hourly rate. In someone else’s code the scope can’t be known in advance: until it is clear how the project is built, an honest amount can’t be named. Before a task I name the hours and the amount, and you confirm. If the work goes over the estimate by 20%, I stop and get your approval; I don’t silently add to the bill.
The bot lives on someone else’s server. Will it have to be moved?
Not necessarily. Whether it runs on my server or yours gets decided at the review. It can also be moved from one to the other later: that is a move, not a rebuild of the bot. If you don’t want to deal with either the server or the domain, I can host the project myself, with the domain and accounts still registered in your name; the price is in the three formats.
