Easy to use on a phone, fast to open, with messenger buttons on every page, and with search markup and analytics already built in. Prices are kept in one place: change them once, and they change everywhere.

Website builder migration

Priced on the same scale as a new website: what counts is the size, not where the website is moving from
I move your website from Tilda, Wix, WordPress, or another website builder: pages, text, images, and the price list. If you need the old addresses, I redirect them to the new ones so you don’t lose your positions in search. The website becomes yours, and you no longer have to pay for a website builder every year.
If your website is on a website builder and the prices are typed right into the pages

Several locations, one system
- Each additional location 50–70%
of the main website price: the structure and design are already there, while the services, prices, text, and search setup are the location’s own
Each branch, city, or business area gets its own version: services, prices, currency, addresses, and contact details. The structure and design are shared, so an edit to the template reaches every version at once.

A finished design, built into a website

I build pages from a design in Figma or another editor: sizes, fonts, and colors match the design. If it has no phone or tablet version, I’ll suggest my own and show it to you before delivery. Search setup and speed are optional and separate.

I look at your website through the eyes of a search engine and of a visitor: what keeps people from finding you and what keeps them from messaging you. The result is a list of fixes by priority, with an estimate for each.

Search engine optimization (SEO)

Pages for what your customers actually search for, text for those searches, and structured data that Google and Yandex, a search engine used in Russia, use to understand what kind of business this is and what its services and prices are. The technical side is separate: addresses, sitemap, duplicates, indexing errors.

Data from websites, feeds, open groups, and chats arrives by itself where it is needed: in a spreadsheet, a channel, or a bot. Repeats are filtered out, and a failure of one source does not stop the rest.

A request lands in a spreadsheet by itself, a reminder goes out on time, a document is put together from a template. A bigger task is record keeping done from a phone and services connected to each other: a spreadsheet, a CRM, payment.
If the same action is repeated by hand at your business every day
The list is open-ended. If a person does something and follows the same routine every time, it can usually be handed over to a machine. Describe the task in your own words, even if you don’t know what it is called: I’ll tell you whether it can be solved or not.
Three formats, your choice
Some people want to get the finished thing and forget about it. Some want someone to look after it. Some don’t want to get into any of it at all. All three are fine, and you can switch along the way.

The website, the domain, and all the accounts are entirely yours. You can go to any other developer and take everything with you. You pay nothing monthly for the website; you only renew the domain.
I build it and maintain it

Everything is yours here too, but I handle monitoring, repairs, edits, and updates. Billed monthly. You can stop at any time, and the website stays with you.
I host it and maintain it

You don’t have to get into any of it: not the domain, not the server, not the updates. Billed monthly. The domain and accounts are still registered in your name: if you decide to take them, you take them.
A website builder offers only the third option, and the website is not yours. A studio usually offers only the second. A freelance marketplace offers only the first, and even then with no promise that you’ll be left with something you can use.
Monitoring, repairs, and edits

A scheduled check: the bot answers, posts go out, the website opens. If something goes quiet, you or I find out the same day, not when your customers notice. Repairs and replacing text, prices, and images are in the monthly fee. If I didn’t build it, a review comes first: what is there and what state it is in.
