Websites, Telegram bots, and automation for small business

The case studies cover beauty salons and beauty centers, a private practice, and Telegram communities. Automation is, for example, a Telegram channel that fills itself. I also take on tasks that don’t have a ready-made name, when it isn’t clear whether it’s a website, a bot, or something else. Everything comes as a full build, from the first conversation to launch.

8 → 46 messenger clicks for a beauty center: 37 days on the old site and 37 on the new one, according to Yandex Metrica, a web analytics service

  • Website from $350
  • Telegram bot from $200
  • Automation from $150
  • Custom solution — minimum order $100

What changed for a beauty center in Da Nang

A beauty center in Da Nang ran on a website builder: it was barely found in search, and those who did visit rarely messaged the center. Here is what analytics showed after the new website launched.

46 messenger clicks

was 8

8.8% share of visits with a click

was 2.5%

256 visits from search

was 30

Yandex Metrica, the periods April 1 to May 7 and August 1 to September 6, 2026.

Analytics picks up a click on a messenger link; it does not know how the conversation ended.

What has been done and what came of it

Each case study says what was there, what was done, and how it was measured. Where it is too early to measure, it says so.

I move the price list, pages, and text myself, down to the last line: you won’t have to move anything. The monthly fee for the website builder goes away.

A finished design, built into a website

Send me the design and the images, and I’ll build a page from it that opens fast and looks the same on a phone. I stay out of the design; decisions about it are yours.

If you are a designer or a studio looking for someone to hand the build to

The list is open-ended. If a person does something and follows the same routine every time, it can usually be handed over to a machine. Describe the task in your own words, even if you don’t know what it is called: I’ll tell you whether it can be solved or not.

Three formats, your choice

Some people want to get the finished thing and forget about it. Some want someone to look after it. Some don’t want to get into any of it at all. All three are fine, and you can switch along the way.

  1. I build it and hand it over

The website, the domain, and all the accounts are entirely yours. You can go to any other developer and take everything with you. You pay nothing monthly for the website; you only renew the domain.

  2. I build it and maintain it

Everything is yours here too, but I handle monitoring, repairs, edits, and updates. Billed monthly. You can stop at any time, and the website stays with you.

  3. I host it and maintain it

You don’t have to get into any of it: not the domain, not the server, not the updates. Billed monthly. The domain and accounts are still registered in your name: if you decide to take them, you take them.

A website builder offers only the third option, and the website is not yours. A studio usually offers only the second. A freelance marketplace offers only the first, and even then with no promise that you’ll be left with something you can use.

How the work goes

  1. Review

I look at what you have now and where you’re losing time or customers, and I tell you what can be done about it. You don’t have to decide anything before this conversation.

  2. Plan

One page: what I do, what is not included, and what I need from you. This is also where the scope and the price become clear.

  3. Build

I work in stages and show you the result of each one, not everything at once on delivery day.

  4. Check

Before delivery, I run everything on your real data: prices, scenarios, errors.

  5. Handover

I hand over everything: the code, access, and instructions. Then you choose a format: take it all yourself or leave the maintenance to me.

Who you will be talking to

It’s just me behind jw-dev.pro, not a studio or an agency. That means you talk directly to the person doing the work: no manager, no brief relayed through third parties, and no passing the project to another contractor partway through.

My time zone is UTC+7, the same as Bangkok and Hanoi. I build websites, Telegram bots, and automation: a task rarely ends with a page, and it usually has to be connected to what you already have running.

As time goes on, the task sounds like “build a website” less and less often. One person needs a price to be changed in one place, not on twenty pages. Another needs the channel to run without them. A third needs the whole price list to sit inside Telegram, where their customers already go every day. That’s why the list of what I do is open-ended: if your task isn’t on it, that doesn’t necessarily mean it can’t be solved.

I write case studies so that they can be checked: what was there, what was done, and how it was measured. If there is analytics data, I give the numbers and the period they cover; if it is too early to measure, I say so. You won’t find “increased sales” here: that is a promise, not a result.

What people usually ask

How much does it cost?

The approximate price list is on a separate page: all services with prices and timelines in one table. I name the exact price after a review, before work starts, and it does not go up without your consent. It depends on how many pages you need or what the bot has to do, whether the price list has to be moved, whether the new work has to be connected to what you already have running, and who provides the text. A review commits you to nothing.

How long does it take?

It depends less on me than on how fast the content arrives. When it is ready (the price list and service descriptions for a website, the text and scenarios for a bot), the work gets going right away. When it has to be gathered piece by piece, the gathering alone takes longer than the build itself. So at the review I don’t name a date. I give you a list of what I need from you and count the timeline from the day everything on that list arrives. If you’re in a rush, say so right away, and I’ll tell you whether it’s realistic or not. If you’re not, it’s better not to hurry: a weekend build later turns up things that would have been cheaper to do right from the start.

What will you need from me?

For a website: the price list, a list of services, and access to the domain if you already have one. For a bot: what it should do and where it gets the things it tells people — a price list, a schedule, a product list. For work that is now done by hand: show me how you do it today. The rest is my part.

Where will the bot live?

On my server or on yours; that gets decided at the review. On mine, you don’t have to get into the server or the updates; on yours, the whole setup is in your hands from the start. It can also be moved from one to the other later: that is a move, not a rebuild of the bot.

Will I have to pay every month?

It depends on the format. If you take everything yourself, you pay me nothing each month. The only costs left are the ones a website or bot can’t run without: for a website, renewing the domain once a year; for a bot, the server it runs on around the clock. If you leave edits and updates to me, you pay monthly for that work, not for the right to use your own website or bot.

Who owns everything after delivery?

You do. I hand over the code, the domain, and the accounts in full. I create the bot on my side so I don’t have to bother you during the build, and at handover I transfer ownership: from then on it is yours, just like the domain. You can go to another developer and take everything with you without clearing anything with me.

What if you disappear?

You keep everything: a working website, the source code, the domain, and access, in any of the three formats. The domain and accounts are registered in your name from day one, even if I do the maintenance. A bot does not stop because I disappear: it runs by itself, and you have the code, access, and instructions for starting it again. Any developer will pick up where things left off; nothing will have to be restored from scratch.

Do you do design and text?

Yes, both. I have one design style, and it is deliberate: as little extra as possible, fast to open, easy to read on a phone. The job of a page is for a person to find what they need and message you. Custom visual design is a separate profession: if that is what you need, work with a designer and send me the design and the images, and I’ll build it exactly to the design. I write the text myself, both what goes on the pages and what the bot replies with, but it is charged separately. The facts (prices, service descriptions, specifics) come from you, and so do the photos.
