The analytics on your website shows how many people visited, but not how many of them went on to message you. I set it up so that you can see clicks on WhatsApp, Telegram, and phone links, as well as form submissions.

What it gives you
It becomes clear which page and which ad bring people who message you, not just people who visit. You can decide what to change on the website and which ads to pay for based on messenger clicks, not only on visits.
What is included
- Whichever analytics you ask for. Yandex Metrica (a web analytics service), Google Analytics, or both, for example if the website is viewed both from Russia and from other countries.
- Clicks on WhatsApp, Telegram, and phone links: each one is visible separately.
- Form submissions, right next to the clicks on messengers.
- Where the person came from. You can see which page and which ad brought the people who clicked a messenger link or submitted a form.
- Analytics doesn’t slow the website down. I connect it so that the page opens first and no statistics are lost.
What is not included
- What happened next. Analytics sees a click on a messenger link. It does not know how the conversation ended or whether the person booked.
- Regular reports. I set up the analytics, and access to it is yours: you can look at the numbers yourself whenever you need to.

The price range runs from a simple version to a complex one. I name the exact price after a review, before work starts, and it does not go up without your consent. Timelines are in business days, counted from when I receive the deposit and the materials.

Prices are in dollars. You can pay in baht, dong, or rubles at the exchange rate on the invoice date. Hourly pricing applies only where the scope can’t be known in advance: repairs and changes to someone else’s code.

I hand over everything: the code, access, and instructions. Then you choose a format: take it all yourself or leave the maintenance to me.
What people ask about this service
Is a messenger click a request?
No. It is a click on a WhatsApp, Telegram, or phone link. The person may have changed their mind and not messaged you, or messaged you and not booked; analytics does not see that. That is why it is called a click, not a request.
I already have analytics. What is there to set up, then?
On its own, analytics counts visits. For clicks on each messenger to be visible separately, they have to be set up, and that is what I do: WhatsApp, Telegram, phone, and forms each show up separately, and it is clear where the people who clicked them came from.
Won’t analytics slow the website down?
Sometimes the analytics script is the heaviest file on the page, and with two of them even more so. That is why I load them after the page has appeared on screen: no statistics are lost that way. For details, see loading speed.
